Our pages may not display properly when printed from Internet Explorer 8. If you would like to print our pages we recommend changing your IE8 settings to "compatibility view."
Open Windows Internet Explorer 8
Go to "Tools"
Go to "Compatibility View Settings"
At the bottom of the box check "Display all websites in Compatibility View"
Click "Close"
This should correct the problem you were experiencing.
