Low risk adenoma (LRA)
-patients with 1-2 tubular adenomas < 10 mm
High risk adenoma (HRA)
-patients with tubular adenoma ≥ 10 mm
-3 or more adenomas
-adenoma with villous histology
-adenoma with high grade dysplasia
Advanced neoplasia (HGD)
-adenoma with size ≥ 10 mm, villous histology or HGD
